Dogs have always been a part of my life. From working at a puppy store as a teen I learned the horrors of puppymills which led me to discover the world of dedicated breeders. After becoming a Professional Pet Groomer, I dedicated my life to my craft and the dogs I care for.
I've been in and out of the conformation ring with Australian Shepherds and Chinese Cresteds and later I was a competitive groomer for 6 years garnishing many 1st placements and awards. In 2008 and 2009 I proudly earned one of the ten positions on Groom Team USA, the official United States Groom Team. Also in 2008, I was chosen to be a contestant on Animal Planets very first reality grooming show titled "GROOMER HAS IT" and finished as the runner up. This led me to become one of the dog experts on another Animal Planet series titled "DOGS 101" as well as appearances on "CATS 101" and "AMERICAS CUTEST DOG."
I'm relatively new to the Biewer Terrier, only having two...so far. When I discovered the breed and did my research I was most impressed by the work our club has already done and I knew I wanted to be a part of this amazing journey. I own and operate a grooming salon/dog boutique in Boca Raton and through my store and the notoriety I've gained in the dog world I hope to help promote this truly amazing breed while raising awareness about the efforts of truly dedicated dog lovers.
